SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

Candor Financial Solutions LLC operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with clients and prospective clients who have opted in. Message types may include: appointment reminders and confirmations, account and policy notifications (such as renewal alerts, payment confirmations, and policy updates), customer care and conversational support replies, and occasional marketing and promotional offers about our insurance and financial planning services.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to our SMS program by submitting the contact form on our website and checking the box that authorizes us to send you SMS messages, by replying START to a message from us, or by giving express written consent during a call or in-person meeting with one of our licensed agents. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated messages from Candor Financial Solutions LLC at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the message types you've opted into. You may receive up to 10 messages per month for transactional notifications and up to 4 promotional messages per month.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Candor Financial Solutions LLC is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier. Please contact your carrier for pricing plans and details.

5. How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.

7. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and Cricket) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy & No Sharing of Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of personal information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
